why?

just beause any excuse is valid to have vacations in norway? (that is true, but not the reason)

I will tell you a little norsk tradition :

apart from the break

, the høst brings potatoes, a ginormous number of potatoes

(poteter), and a couple of generations behind, the teachers(lærer) in school(skole) noticed that students never showed up at school in the first week of autum the reason?

yes, that was around 100 years ago, nowadays norwegians dont spend a week in the cold picking up potatoes, they spend it picking up margaritas in a bar in spain or thailand!

for me was a familiar trip to trondheim, (my favorite city so far) but first... the cottages to pick apples (eple) thousands of apples!!!!!!!
